The Nutty Chocolatier - Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment:

The Nutty Chocolatier Online prides itself in providing fast and accurate delivery. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) from Port Perry, Ontario, Canada.

Summer Delivery:

During the hot summer months orders will be shipped by express delivery only. This is necessary to ensure you receive the freshest chocolate which is not compromised in any way by the summer heat. The express delivery season runs from mid may until the end of September.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are determined by your order size. Our rate structure is listed in the following table:

These rates apply to urban areas only. A small surcharge will be added to orders shipped to remote areas. Please allow "3-5 Business Days" for Standard and "1-3 Business Days" for express.

International Shipping:

The Nutty Chocolatier Online currently ships within Canada. At this time we do not accept international orders.
